Jerry Cantrell To Miss Immediate Solo Shows Due To Positive COVID-19 Tests

Alice In Chains vocalist/guitarist Jerry Cantrell has been forced cancel some immediate dates of his ongoing solo tour due to a positive COVID-19 test results within his touring party. Cantrell has mounted that trek in support of his latest solo affair “Brighten” and has been touring with a backing band that includes former The Dillinger Escape Plan vocalist Greg Puciato, among others.

The newly cancelled performances include April 12th in Orlando, FL and April 13th in St. Petersburg, FL. A statement issued by the Cantrell camp earlier today (April 11th) reads:

“Unfortunately, we have just learned of some positive COVID-19 cases in our touring party. As a result, we are cancelling our upcoming Florida shows in Orlando and St. Petersburg. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to return to these cities as soon as possible. Refunds will be available at point of purchase. VIP holders will be notified directly with refund directions.”
