German metalcore band Caliban are back with another single from their approaching thirteenth studio album, “Dystopia“. This time around they are once again joined by a guest, with Marcus Bischoff, vocalist of fellow German metalcore outfit Heaven Shall Burn, lending his talents to this track, which has been titled “VirUS“. A music video for that song directed by Witzki Visions went up online today and can be found below.
Caliban frontman Andreas Dörner commented of this new offering:
“It’s not about a real virus like COVID, but about ideas planted in our heads that spread like one and eat us from the inside out. Moreover, it is a concentrated charge of more than 20 years of friendship, a real metal mixture that will wreck your neck.”
Century Media have “Dystopia” lined up for an April 22nd release date.
