Enigmatic alternative metal kings Tool paused their recent live show to allow a fan experiencing a medical emergency receive assistance. The incident took place during the band’s set this past Tuesday, February 22nd at the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC. Fan-filmed footage of it via Rock Feed has emerged online below.

In the footage the band’s vocalist Maynard James Keenan can be seen helping calm the crowd and direct traffic for the responding medical professionals. The group’s ongoing U.S. tour with openers The Acid Helps will next roll into Newark, NJ this weekend with the below dates booked:
