A Day To Remember Recruit Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus For New Version Of “Re-Entry”

Platinum certified pop punk/metalcore hybrid A Day To Remember have shared a new take on the song “Re-Entry” from their latest album, “You’re Welcome“. The group recruited Blink-182 vocalist/guitarist Mark Hoppus for this revitalized version of the track, which marks the first time Hoppus and ADTR have collaborated together in the studio.

Jeremy McKinnon, vocalist for A Day To Remember, had the following to say about this new take and getting to work with Hoppus:

“When this song originally took shape it was without a doubt massively influenced by Blink-182, so when the idea came up to do a remix of sorts for it, Mark was immediately who we pictured. We sent him the track with no second verse and said to do whatever he was inspired to do and what he sent back genuinely makes the song for me. My younger self still can’t believe it exists.”
