Evanescence’s Touring Party “Hit By COVID”, Tonight’s Cincinnati Show Postponed


Evanescence are hoping to continue on with their North American tour as planned, despite their touring party having been directly impacted by COVID-19. Earlier today (December 12th), the band announced the postpone of their planned show tonight in Cincinnati, OH. The group have since posted the below two updates regarding that:

“Well, after taking every precaution imaginable, our tour has been hit by COVID and we are forced to postpone our show tonight in Cincinnati. The good news is we were able to reschedule the show for Monday, Dec. 20th, so hold onto your tickets because we are still coming for you! Be on the lookout for an email with additional information. Please be safe out there, and wear a mask. ❤️ See you soon!

Many of you are asking whether tonight’s postponement due to COVID means that the rest of the shows on the tour will also be affected. We are working on a plan to allow us to perform all the remaining shows of the tour as scheduled. Our first priority is to make sure everyone on our tour and all of you are safe so please stay tuned for the latest info.”

The band are currently out with Halestorm and Lilith Czar and have the following shows booked:

12/14 Pittsburgh, PA – University of Pittsburgh – Petersen Events Center
12/15 Newark, NJ – Prudential Center
12/17 Camden, NJ – BB&T Pavilion
12/18 Worcester, MA – DCU Center
