Machine Gun Kelly‘s set last night (September 25th) at the ‘Louder Than Life Festival‘ in Louisville, KY wasn’t entirely as well received as he likely had hoped. Having publicly feuded with Slipknot‘s Corey Taylor earlier this week, it would appear that a significant portion of last night’s audience was hostile towards him in turn.
The rapper turned pop-punk musician faced a chorus of boos and a sea of middle fingers throughout his set last night and at one point was seen throwing a punch at an apparently hostile audience member while out in the crowd.
Given the reaction of last night’s audience, it’s likely a mixed blessing that this weekend’s ‘Rebel Rock Festival‘ was cancelled due to the impact of severe weather, as MGK likely would have encountered a similar reception.
