Behemoth’s “In Absentia Dei” To Receive December Release, “Evoe” Live Video Debuts

On September 05th, 2020 Behemoth unveiled a livestream performance dubbed “In Absentia Dei” which took place at an abandoned church in Pisarzowice, Poland. That 19-song set will now be getting a proper home release with a December 17th release date having been announced via Metal Blade Records.

Vocalist/guitarist Nergal commented:

“‘In Absentia Dei‘ was a massive challenge and a huge risk, but it was a great artistic and commercial success. The response was absolutely brilliant – we made a statement with this performance and set the bar high. I hope that we can continue to raise the bar with the projects to come!”

Footage of the live debut of “Evoe” from that performance has newly been made public below. Pre-orders for “In Absentia Dei” are up here.
