It was certainly the most brutal week for the metal and hard rock community in recent memory with the deaths of ex-Slipknot, etc. drummer Joey Jordison, ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill and Metal Church frontman Mike Howe all having recently transpired. Thankfully they all left us with bodies of work and lasting legacies that will live on for decades to come.
