Metallica Release 1991 Live Performance Of “Wherever I May Roam” Along With Covers Done By J Balvin & Jon Pardi


Metallica‘s promotional campaign for their deluxe reissue of their 1991 self-titled album (aka ‘The Black Album‘) and its accompanying tribute effort, “The Metallica Blacklist“, have served up another focus track. This week finds the band serving up several takes on the song “Wherever I May Roam“.

Newly available from that deluxe set and tribute album are a live version of the track recorded at ‘Day On The Green‘ in Oakland, CA back on October 12th of 1991. Also debuting this week are covers of the song done by Colombian reggaeton artist J Balvin and American country musician Jon Pardi.
