Korn have kept busy during their unexpected downtime amid the COVID-19 pandemic, having recently finished up writing their fourteenth studio album. Speaking recently with Kerrang!, the band’s frontman Jonathan Davis stated of that:
“We just got done writing a record! The band is in different spots all over the place now, too. I’m in Bakersfield, a couple of guys are in LA and a couple of guys are in Nashville. It’s like an act of God to get us all together to do anything. We have to plan that all out! I’m sure there are a bazillion other bands with new music to release, too. In the meantime, let’s just go out, play live and have some fun!”
Next up for the group is their ‘Korn: Monumental‘ livestreaming concert, which is scheduled to take place this Saturday, April 24th at 01:00pm PDT / 04:00pm EDT. It will find them delivering a live performance from the ‘Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience‘, which is located at the Skylight Row in Downtown Los Angeles. Tickets can be found at kornlive.com.
