We Came As Romans Announce “To Plant A Seed” Livestream Performance

With their 10th anniversary touring plans for their 2009 debut album”To Plant A Seed” having been hampered by COVID-19 restrictions several times now, We Came As Romans have opted to perform the record in full during an upcoming livestreamed show. That event has been booked for Friday, April 23rd, at 06:00pm PDT / 09:00pm EDT.

Frontman Dave Stephens commented:

“We’re so stoked to announce this livestream for our ‘To Plant A Seed‘ 10-year anniversary tour/set. While we were in the middle of this tour last year, we had to unexpectedly pack up and go home due to COVID-19, which left us, and a lot of fans, disappointed that we couldn’t be performing this set.

The best way we could think of to bring these songs to our fans was through a livestream. Along with the stream, we’re releasing very limited edition merch, designed by our own Andy Glass, just like we did on the tour. Our hope is to bring this set to life — wherever you can watch it to help us all continue to get through tough times.”

Tickets and merch for this new stream can be found at this location. The band are holding off on announcing rescheduled dates for their aforementioned 10th anniversary tour in support of the album with The Devil Wears Prada, Gideon and Dayseeker until they’re sure the shows will actually be able to go ahead. In the meantime, they’ve been in the studio lately working on their sixth full-length album.
