Dino Cazares Of Fear Factory

Fear Factory’s New Album Expected Out This Spring

Fear Factory‘s tenth studio album is tentatively expected to arrive this spring. That album will mark the band’s final output with frontman Burton C. Bell, who parted ways with the group last year, following the resolution of a lengthy legal battle between himself and ex-members of the outfit.

The band’s guitarist Dino Cazares emerged as the sole owner of the Fear Factory trademarks following the conclusion of those various suits and intends to continue the industrial outfit with a yet-to-be announced replacement for Bell.

Notably, the vocal parts for this forthcoming album were tracked by Bell several years prior to his exit from the band, with the record having originally been held up amid the aforementioned legal disputes.

Last year saw Cazares go back and re-track several instrumental parts of that album to accommodate new drum tracks laid down by Mike Heller for the outing, launching a crowdfunding campaign for the associated costs.

In a new appearance on Death Angel guitarist Ted Aguilar‘s ‘Alive & Streaming‘, Cazares stated that he expects the new album to see a release on Nuclear Blast in roughly ‘two to three months’ time with a first single from it to arrive online “soon”.
