The Pretty Reckless Recruit Soundgarden & Rage Against The Machine Members For New Album

The Pretty Reckless have tapped some metal/hard rock veterans for their forthcoming album, “Death By Rock And Roll“. Soundgarden guitarist Kim Thayil and drummer Matt Cameron (also of Pearl Jam) will be guesting on the track “Only Love Can Save Me Now“. Also appearing on the album is Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello, who lends his talents to “And So It Went“.

The Soundgarden cameos follow The Pretty Reckless singer Taylor Momsen fronting Soundgarden during their January 2019 ‘Chris Cornell live tribute show. Momsen, an avowed fan of the grunge legends, also recently marked the third anniversary of Cornell‘s passing by covering Soundgarden‘s “Halfway There” with Cameron. You can check that out here.
