Lorna Shore Debut “King Ov Deception” Video Featuring Ex-Frontman CJ McCreery

Lorna Shore have released a video for their song “King Ov Deception” below. The clip lands online alongside today’s (January 31st) release of the band’s new album “Immortal“. The group’s drummer Austin Archey commented of that:

“To celebrate the release day of ‘Immortal,’ we have for you the official music video for ‘King Ov Deception.’ The video was shot in late 2019 by our long time collaborator Joey Durango. He worked hard to make us a beautiful visual for this song, and we hope you enjoy it.”

The band’s decision to release the album as is generated some controversy given the inclusion of their now former vocalist CJ McCreery. He was let go last month in the wake of allegations of abusive behavior being leveled against him by several women. Unfortunately for the band, the wheels had already been in motion with the release of the album for months at that point, leading them to ultimately decide to release it as is.

In addition to the album featuring McCreery‘s vocals, he also appears in this latest video. The group most recently asked fans to listen to the record “from a neutral standpoint.”
