TMZ are reporting that Amen frontman Casey Chaos is potentially facing a felony charge for domestic violence after being involved in a violent dispute with a woman in his San Fernando Valley area home this past Tuesday, June 04th. According to the report, police arrived at his residence to find a woman with a bloodied face, though she refused medical aid.
The report goes on to say that Chaos, whose real name is Karim Chmielinski, alleged that the pair were not dating. He was released on $50,000 bond and his attorney Elon Berk gave the following statement to TMZ:
“It’s clear that these accusations against Casey are absolutely false. The house where the alleged incident occurred was full of witnesses who have all given statements to police and are willing to testify in court as to the falsity of these accusations.”
