Serpents Of Gnosis

Hear Job For A Cowboy & The Black Dahlia Murder Members Unite In Serpent Of Gnosis

Job For A Cowboy‘s vocalist Jonny Davy, and guitarists Al Glassman and Tony Sannicandro have joined forces with The Black Dahlia Murder bassist Max Lavelle and drummer Darren Cesca (Goratory, etc.) in a new outfit dubbed Serpent Of Gnosis. The band have launched their first single “The Colorless Capsules” below. Furthermore, a June 14th release date has been scheduled for their debut album, “As I Drink From The Infinite Well Of Inebriation“, which will arrive via 1126 Records. Davy commented of this first track:

“We are a collection of small cavemen who enjoy fast and heavy things. This song describes instances of addiction and the dependencies that align with it, particularly in the pharmaceutical form.”

In addition to the current respective roles in Job For A Cowboy and The Black Dahlia Murder, Lavelle and Glassman cut their teeth with Cesca in Goratory. Recording sessions for their upcoming debut outing took place across the band members’ home studios with Cesca stepping in to mix.
