Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale Reveals Which Song She Wants To Be Remembered For

Halestorm frontwoman/guitarist Lzzy Hale has taken part in Kerrang!‘s ‘10 Songs That Changed My Life‘ feature, detailing some of her favorite songs from throughout her as well as ones that pack significant meaning for her. During the feature she also reveals which song she would like to be remembered for, listing “Uncomfortable” off the band’s 2018 release “Vicious” as her choice. She said of that:

“It’s about being an ambassador for a rebellious, rock’n’roll attitude in life, and about always being unapologetically you. That’s something I’ve strived for throughout my whole life, and a kind of mission statement that I’ve been trying to spread with the band for a few years now. I’ve always said that if I can leave this world and know that I put some positivity out there during my time here, then that’ll be mission accomplished.”

Uncomfortable” was among the nominees for the ‘Best Rock Song’ at the 61st annual ‘GRAMMY Awards‘, which were handed out this past weekend. The band did not walk home with the award this time however with Chris Cornell‘s “When Bad Does Good” winning the category. You can find out the rest of her song choices over at Kerrang!.
