The Blast are reporting that Rage Against The Machine/Prophets Of Rage bassist Tim Commerford is facing a lawsuit for an alleged car accident he was said to be involved in this past April.
According to court documents obtained by the publication, Alec Chaice claims he was left significantly injured while riding his motorcycle on the 10 Freeway in Los Angeles on April 24th, 2018. Chaice alleges that a haphazard lane change by Commerford saw him crashed into by Commerfords‘s car. The resulting injuries required lumbar spinal surgery and a nerve root block that left him with a $65,000 medical bill.
Chaice in turn is suing for his medical bills, loss of income from being unable to work in the weeks following the crash, damage to property, as well as interest and legal costs.
