Fear Factory‘s tenth studio album should arrive in 2019 according to the band’s frontman Burton C. Bell. Speaking with M.I.R.P. at last month’s ‘Headbangers Con‘ in Portland, OR, Bell said of the effort:
“Fear Factory has a record done. It’s delivered to the label. We’re just waiting for some legal technicalities [to be sorted out.] And the record’ll be out next year.”

Fear Factory‘s core members have been pursuing other projects in recent years with guitarist Dino Cazares having been working on a solo album and Bell successfully managing to crowdfund a new album from his Ascension Of The Watchers project. Recording sessions for that outing will commence in January.
Meanwhile, Fear Factory have long been rumored to have run into legal entanglements over the years with previous members. Those alleged issues are said to have stemmed from the group having incorporated with the involvement of now former members.
