Devin Townsend has shared some teases of more new material he has been working on for his upcoming album “Empath“. As he mentioned in the below update, he’s got at least twenty tracks in the works for the deluxe edition of the album. Thus far the album is tentatively expected out in March through InsideOut Music.
As previously reported, the outing will feature numerous guest appearances including Beneath The Massacre vocalist Elliot Desgagnés as well as drumming from the likes of Mike Keneally (Dethklok, etc.), Morgan Ågren (Kaipa), Sam “Samus” Paulicelli (Decrepit Birth) and more.
Meanwhile, the third wave of Townsend‘s ongoing Eras vinyl box set reissues will arrive on December 07th with “Accelerated Evolution“, “Epicloud“, “Sky Blue“, “Transcendence” and “Devin Townsend Presents: Ziltoid Live At The Royal Albert Hall” among the latest to get new vinyl pressings
