A Perfect Circle Lifted Their No Filming Policy For The Live Debut Of “Delicious”


A Perfect Circle lifted their notorious no-smartphone/filming policy during the final song of their October 20th set in West Valley, UT. The band routinely enforce a no filming policy at their own shows, with violators of it often ejected from the venue. If you’re unaware, members of the group have previously spoken at length about the policy.

As an apparent ‘present from Grandpa’—as frontman Maynard James Keenan is said to have described it—the audience were encouraged to pull out their smartphones during what turned out to be the live debut of their “Eat The Elephant” track, “Delicious“. The below footage is what followed:
