Harm’s Way have thanked their friends, fans and family for rallying behind them to get them back on their feet. The group lost all of their gear and a bunch of merch in a trailer theft after playing a show in Las Vegas, NV last weekend. A GoFundMe was launched to help with the costs of replacing the stolen items and has raised $24,705 as of press time. Speaking of the outpouring of support, the band have issued the following thank you:
“We can not believe the love we have received over the last few days. Going from the lowest point as a band to being able to recover almost completely in as little as four days is something we really didn’t expect.
We want to thank everyone who has helped, offered to help or just given us some kind words. Too many friends to thank, too many bands and labels to list, but you know exactly who you are.
We are going to have the GoFund Me page taken down first thing tomorrow morning to allow anything that was donated today the chance to clear and to avoid receiving anything more than we need.
For everyone asking, the merch store will be restocked as soon as we are able, but please be patient with us until then. We will continue with normal Harm’s Way posting from this point on. Thank you.”
Notably members of Slipknot, Fall Out Boy and more contributed generously to the GoFundMe. Despite the crippling theft, the band have pushed ahead with their tour with Terror, Backtrack and more.
