Black Tusk have announced that they have signed a new worldwide deal with Season Of Mist. They aim to have an as-yet untitled new album out later this year and to that end entered the Garage Savannah to record it, sharing the production duties with Aphelion. Chris “Scary” Adams has been hired to mix it.
The band commented briefly on their new label home and plans: “After more than a decade of pushing through as a band, we have opened a new chapter and are ready and excited for everyone to hear it.” The album will serve as the band’s first with Corey Barhorst on vocals/bass, who replaced the late Jonathan Athon. Athon sadly passed away back in 2014.
