AL.com report that concertgoer Jordan Taylor Pardue and his mother’s lawsuit against ICM Partners for a spinal injury he allegedly sustained at a 2014 Cannibal Corpse show at the Soul Kitchen Music Hall in Mobile, AL has been blocked from proceeding. Pardue is said to have suffered the injury while in the crowd and required over $1.2 million in medical treatment since. ICM Partners booked the band for the show and were paid $250 commission. While a Mobile County judge initially let the case proceed, the Alabama Supreme Court recently overturned the decision.
