Quicksand guitarist Tom Capone was arrested this past Tuesday, September 12th, in the Phoenix, AZ area. He was charged with one count of shoplifting-concealment and 1 count of resisting arrest with physical force. The incident left the band shorthanded for their performance that night at the Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, AZ.
