2017 ‘Houston Open Air’ Festival Cancelled

In light of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Harvey, this year’s planned ‘Houston Open Air‘ festival has been cancelled. The two day festival was originally planned to take place at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, TX on October 14th-15th. It was to feature performances by Avenged Sevenfold, Marilyn Manson, Stone Sour, Five Finger Death Punch and many more. The festival’s organizers released the following statement on the matter:

“Due to unforeseen and ongoing circumstances as well as continuous relief efforts needed to help stabilize Houston and its surrounding areas, we are cancelling Houston Open Air. All tickets purchased online or by phone through Ticketmaster will be refunded automatically. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the refund to be processed. If you purchased directly from the box office, contact the venue directly for refund details at (281) 364-3010.”
