Hackers Look To Have Targeted Chester Bennington’s Wife’s Twitter Following His Death

There’s been some troubling developments in the wake of Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington‘s death yesterday, July 20th. Bennington was found dead at home in what is being investigated as an apparent suicideYahoo report that tweets made by Bennington‘s wife Talinda in the wake of Chester‘s death surfaced before being deleted shortly after. Among them were alleged admissions that she had been cheating with Linkin Park co-vocalist Mike Shinoda, among other sickening things.

As many noticed, the tweets were absolutely out of character for her and the grammar/spelling on the tweets seemed to be a giveaway that something was amiss. All signs seem to point to the account having been hacked—even though one of the tweets alleged that it had not been hacked specifically. Around seven tweets in total were shared with all being deleted shortly after. Screencaps of them can be found at Independent.
