Cause Of Death Revealed For Trans-Siberian Orchestra Founder Paul O’Neill


The cause of death has been revealed for Trans-Siberian Orchestra founder Paul O’Neill, who passed away in April.. TMZ have obtained a copy of his death certificate which lists his cause death as intoxication of various prescription medication, though the medical examiner determined his death to be accidental.

The 61-year-old had a number of prescription drugs in his system at the time of his passing, including methadone, codeine, diaeepam and doxylamine. According to the report, O’Neill had been also struggling with mild heart disease, hypertension and a few other ailments.
