Original Story:

Of Mice & Men have shared their new single “Unbreakable” below. The song is the first track to surface since the group and their singer Austin Carlile parted ways last year. In the wake of his absence, vocalist/bassist Aaron Pauley has stepped up to take on Carlile‘s role.

Pauley spoke of moving forward without Carlile with the BBC Radio 1‘s ‘Rock Show With Daniel P Carter‘, who also debuted the new track. You can hear their interview below, while the song itself begins at 05:01 in. In regards to pushing ahead without Carlile, Pauley stated:

“If you followed the media reports over the past year along with Austin‘s statement, having to leave because of his health. I think we… I don’t know, it’s hard to talk about. It’s still not an easy thing to think about the future without him. One of the things that Austin expressed to us was that he really wanted us to keep going. He didn’t really want this to slow anything down as far as playing shows or anything else. For us we took a few days to decide that.”
