Update – March 28th 04:55pm:
Every Time I Die have clarified that their ban currently only extends to the House Of Blues Orlando, FL location. Previous recipients of a ban from said venue have also found themselves banned from the Disney-related Anaheim, CA House Of Blues venue. With that venue having since moved out of its Downtown Disney location, it remains unclear if the bans from the Orlando location are still mirrored in the Anaheim location.

It’s currently unclear why, but Every Time I Die have apparently ran afoul of the Disney-owned House Of Blues venues. As the band tweeted last week:
please redirect all questions as to why we aren’t aren’t allowed to play July 20th in Orlando FL to @hoborlando, then explain it to us.

The date in question is a part of Every Time I Die‘s summer tour with Taking Back Sunday. Numerous bands have also been banned from the House Of Blues venues (usually said ban also includes the Anaheim, CA House Of Blues location as well) over the years, including Machine Head, Warbringer, Exmortus, Skeletonwitch, letlive., Cattle Decapitation, The Faceless and more. In the past it has been alleged that the bands were deemed inappropriate to be associated with Disney‘s apparent ‘moral values.’
