Lamb Of God Streaming New Track “The Duke”, Clean Vocals Return


Lamb Of God‘s new song “The Duke” is now streaming in full below. The song once again finds frontman Randy Blythe indulging in clean vocals and was inspired by a fan named Wayne Ford who Blythe met and befriended a few years prior to his passing to Leukemia in 2015. Blythe detailed their relationship in this lengthy read.

The song is the title track to a new EP which will now arrive in stores on November 18th, with vinyl editions to land on November 25th. While the title track was finished during the sessions for their latest album, “VII: Sturm und Drang“, the other included new song, “Culling“, was originally conceived during the “Wrath” sessions and was just recently completed for this EP.

Live renditions of “Still Echoes” and “512” at ‘Rock am Ring‘ will also be featured, as will a live version of “Engage The Fear Machine” from ‘Bonnaroo‘. The stream first emerged over at, who are also running an interview with Blythe himself. With the release of the EP Blythe hopes to raise awareness for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Be The Match and he will also be launching a charity auction later this week.
