August Burns Red Set For “Messengers” 10th Anniversary Tour With Protest The Hero, Etc.

August Burns Red will celebrate the tenth anniversary of their 2007 sophomore album “Messengers” next year with a string of full-album performances. A limited edition ‘Messengers Era‘ hardcover photo book with 70+ pages of photos the band has collected from the “Messengers” album cycle will be made available to fans who purchase VIP tickets. Support on the trek will come from Protest The Hero, In Hearts Wake and ’68. August Burns Red guitarist JB Brubaker commented:

“While it’s hard to believe ten years have passed since ‘Messengers‘ came out, we’re all very excited to celebrate the anniversary by playing the record in it’s entirety across America. Some of these songs have never been played live and many of them haven’t been played in years. We look forward to sharing the stage with the shredders in Protest the Hero, our close buds from down under, In Hearts Wake, and the gentlemen in ’68. These shows are going to be wild.
