Beartooth have released a special LGBT pride t-shirt, proceeds from which will be donated to the victims of the shooting at the Pulse Shooting in Orlando, FL this past weekend. On June 12th, a man identified as Omar Mateen entered the LGBT club Pulse in Orlando, gunning down 49 people and wounding 53 more. Police themselves eventually shot and killed Mateen inside the club following a standoff. You can purchase the shirt at www.beartooth.merchnow.com, with the proceeds to go to the Pulse Victims Fund. The band commented:
“To say what happened in Orlando the other day is a tragedy, would be an understatement. This goes beyond our band, beyond music and is our way of trying to say that we as a group stand with our brothers and sisters of the LGBTQ community. We stand with you in your continuing fight for equality in the face of adversity, and above all, we love you.
All profits from this shirt will be donated to the benefit fund for the families and victims affected by the mass shooting at the Pulse Night Club.”
