Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland has put a gold plaque he received for the sales of the band’s 1999 release “Significant Other” up for auction. A portion of the proceeds from the auction will go towards cat rescues in Borland‘s now native Detroit, MI area. The plaque signifies multi-platinum sales of the the album, which eventually went on to move 7 million copies in the U.S. alone. That will soon be available on his eBay store, where other plaques (and more to come apparently) are also currently available. If that’s not your thing, there’s always this $5,000 painting of Fred Durst.
