Slipknot will bring their ‘Knotfest‘ event back to Japan this year. The group will headline the event, which is to again be held at the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan. This year’s edition will take place on November 05th-06th. Slipknot will headline both nights with a 20-band lineup for the festival to be revealed in the coming weeks. Band percussionist Shawn “Clown” Crahan commented:
“I celebrate Knotfest Japan as a high watermark of my legacy. We began plotting our return the moment we got on the plane home. Japan holds a special place in all of our hearts, and it’s beating, brutal, and beautiful. We can’t wait to get back, because we’ve got some (sic) surprises for you.”
