Mötley Crüe might need a do-over when it comes to their farewell show. The band performed what they have said will be their final live show on December 31st at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA. During that set however, Tommy Lee‘s drum mounted roller coaster platform ran into some technical difficulties, leaving him suspended upside down. Techs were dispatched to remedy the issue as a trapped Lee spoke to the audience.
The whole thing begins to go down around 4 minutes in in the below video. Given that the show was filmed for a future concert film release, there might be some missing footage when it hits stores later this year. If that’s the case they could always just insert his legendary Tacoma drum solo instead.
