Five Finger Death Punch guitarist Zoltan Bathory has discussed at length the band’s recent European touring struggles, which saw them cancel numerous dates amid alleged terrorist threats and security concerns. Near the end of the trek, both Papa Roach and Devil You Know exited the tour completely, with Five Finger Death Punch recently closing out the run at two stops with a revamped bill. Speaking with Metal Hammer (see below,) Bathory in part summed up the band’s rationale:
“I read Randy Blythe from Lamb Of God, you know, his explanation, and there’s not much to add to that. I mean would you be the band, who were warned, were threatened, and you ignored and you still did the show and something happens then it’s all your fault.”
