Motörhead Guitarist Phil Campbell Hospitalized, Band Cancel Berlin Show


A medical emergency has once again doomed a Motörhead concert, but this time frontman Lemmy Kilmister‘s health was not to blame. Instead, guitarist Phil Campbell has been hospitalized with an undisclosed ailment, forcing the band to postpone their show in Berlin, Germany tonight. They commented:

“With great regret, Motörhead have to cancel the sold out show in Berlin today, November 27th. Our brother, guitarist Phil Campbell suddenly required hospitalization. He will be better soon but there is no choice other than to cancel our show in Berlin.
We all wish Phil a speedy recovery,
Lemmy, Mikkey and the Motörhead family.
