Five Finger Death Punch & Papa Roach Postpone More Dates In Wake Of Alleged Terrorist Threats

Five Finger Death Punch‘s planned show at the Olympia in Paris, France tomorrow, November 24th has been postponed. The band commented:

“It is with deep regret that we will postpone our show at the Olympia in Paris tomorrow November 24th. We are still on tour in Europe, and we are evaluating each show day by day. A lot of work and analysis goes into each decision. Since the events in Paris last week, the situation is still very chaotic – a lot of misinformation – and a lot uncertainty in some places. But the most important factor is the safety of the fans which we are not willing to compromise. As a result, for now we will have to postpone the Paris show. Please stay tuned for more info.”

The band also cancelled their stop in Milan, Italy this past weekend after the concert was reportedly named as a potential target for terrorist activity in a recent report. Their current tourmates, Papa Roach, who were scheduled to play a show of their own tomorrow (November 24th) in Berlin, Germany, have also postponed their own appearance as well, offering:

“It is with heavy heart and concern for the fans, crew, local staff and bands that we are forced to announce the postponement of our show in Berlin, 24 November. This is a sad time for all of us, but we will return stronger. Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by this news. We will announce more details as soon as we are able to. See you soon.”

The fate of both band’s planned appearances in Brussels, Belgium and London, England later this week have yet to be decided.
