Of Mice & Men frontman Austin Carlile has more surgery planned. According to a tweet he made last night, he will soon be under the knife to treat his hip and back. Earlier in the year the band pulled out of touring in order for Carlile to have a partial piece of his rib removed. The surgical procedure was necessitated by Carlile‘s struggles with Marfan Syndrome. Judging by the hashtags with the tweet Carlile shared below, his upcoming surgeries may also be related to the genetic disorder. Despite the downtime and recovery, the band have been working on material for their next release during the downtime.
If I can do it, so can you! I’m also having surgery soon. Hip & back. #MarfanSyndrome #Marfans @MarfanFdn https://t.co/JNh8XJonva
