Kowloon Walled City‘s new single “Backlit” received its online premiere today, September 03rd. It will be featured on the groups new album “Grievances“, due October 09th on Neurot, with Gilead Media handling the vinyl release. The bands own vocalist Scott Evans oversaw the production duties for the effort at Sharkbite Studios and his own Antisleep Audio. He said of this particular song:
“This song pretty much sums up the record. It was the first song we started working on, and one of the last ones we finished. Coincidentally, it’s about impostor syndrome — no matter how hard you work at something, it’s not good enough.”
