Slipknot/Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor guested on the latest episode of Hatebreed frontman Jamey Jasta‘s ‘The Jasta Show‘. During the chat Taylor revealed that two more Stone Sour covers EP’s are planned following the release of “Meanwhile In Burbank…” this past weekend. Though likely joking, he went on to say that the titles for those will be “Straight Outta Burbank” and “No Sleep ‘Til Burbank“.
Each EP is expected to feature five songs with Bad Brains and Mötley Crüe covers among those on the second EP. Rage Against The Machine and Violent Femmes covers are being lined up for the third among others. Taylor also confirmed that Slipknot are planning another ‘Knotfest‘ at the San Manuel Amphitheater & Campgrounds in San Bernardino, CA. While not yet official, the event will likely take place once again late October.
