Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst is running with the Associated Press‘ recent flub that accused murderer Robert Durst was a member of Limp Bizkit. A press release from the Associated Press on Robert Durst‘s arrest earlier this month indicated that Durst was the “former frontman” of Limp Bizkit.
While the Associated Press soon clarified their mistake, while still erroneously identifying Fred Durst as being a former member of Limp Bizkit, the damage was done. Fred Durst has since had some shirts made up to make sure you’re not confused:
