Primus‘ Willy Wonka-themed push is now in full swing for their “Charlie And The Chocolate Factory” tribute album, “Primus & The Chocolate Factory With The Fungi Ensemble“. Pre-orders are now available for the album, it’s LP pressing on chocolate brown vinyl (complete with five random inserted golden LP’s,) and a 3-pack of their own branded chocolate bars, ‘Mr. Krinkle‘ (crisped rice,) ‘Professor Nutbutter‘ (peanuts,) and ‘Bastard Bar‘ (dark chocolate) by Asher’s Chocolates. You can plunk down some cash on all of those now at this location.
“Primus & The Chocolate Factory With The Fungi Ensemble” is up for an October 21st release date and touring in support of it was announced yesterday. Earlier today the band revealed that drummer Tim Alexander is expected to rejoin them behind the kit for the October run (though not their shows prior) following a heart attack and a triple bypass surgery over the past few weeks.
