Conquering Dystopia‘s Keith Merrow has posted a lengthy update over at the bands Facebook that spells out what to expect from them in the future. While the band do intend on doing another album, they have a number of things preventing them from focusing on that just yet.
Currently they are dedicating their focus to fulfilling all of the related perks from their Indiegogo campaign for their debut album. As part of that a DVD release featuring footage from their recent spate of touring and more is being put together with videographer/occasional Periphery bassist Jeff Holcomb overseeing the project.
Merrow reveals that future touring may take some time to materialize however as the members of the outfit focus on their various commitments (Cannibal Corpse, The Faceless, etc.). Merrow stated in the aforementioned update that the group don’t intend to tour with fill-in members. Until then, July 08th will see the release of the bands self-titled album on vinyl through Century Media.
