Revolver Magazine Says There Is Zero Likelihood Korn Will Ever Be On Their Cover Again

The exclusion of Korn frontman Jonathan Davis on the illustrated ‘Mayhem Fest‘-themed covered of Revolver magazine’s latest issue was enough to make even Davis point out his absence. In that very issue the magazine’s staff gave a fairly good indicator as to why Davis was not included on the cover. As part of ‘The Index‘ feature, the following entries appeared:

“Number of rock and metal icons who were booked to jam with performing bands at the Golden Gods this year but various reasons (mostly, the groups they were supposed to jam with flaking out, pussing out, or just being fucking stupid) did not ultimately play at the show: 6—at least

Number of bands that have cancelled one performance at the Golden Gods, let alone two performances: 1

Likelihood that said band will ever appear on the cover of Revolver again: 0″

As was pointed out in the original story, the tensions stemmed in Korn‘s cancellation of performing at both the 2012 and 2014 ‘Golden Gods Awards‘ shows put on by the magazine.
