As I Lay Dying/Austrian Death Machine vocalist Tim Lambesis made his latest appearance in court today, February 06th. He was present for a rescheduled readiness conference. According to Lambgoat‘s source that was in attendance, little of note happened during today’s proceedings with a new readiness conference now being set for February 19th. There are still rumors that a plea deal may be in the works.
The aforementioned site is also reporting that a temporary restraining order against Lambesis on behalf of his estranged wife Meggan Lambesis and their children has been extended; while the next date of their divorce case to take place on April 08th.
Tim Lambesis remains out on bail on a charge of solicitation of another to commit murder. He faces the charge after allegedly attempting to hide an undercover detective posing as a hitman to murder his estranged wife, Meggan Lambesis.
He also faces a $2 million USD civil suit that was filed on August 02nd, 2013 by Meggan. She is seeking around for emotional distress, medical expenses, punitive damages and attorney’s fees.
