Clutch have chosen November 26th as the release date of a double vinyl picture disc set titled “Earth Rocker Live!“. As the title suggests, the set will find a vinyl release of the “Earth Rocker” album paired with a second LP featuring live versions of each song featured on the effort in sequential order.
Going against the grain a bit, the band recorded a number of shows to compile the live renditions, with recordings from May 2013 shows in Houston, San Antonio, Lincoln, Indianapolis and Fargo all being used.
In other Clutch news, it looks as though band frontman/guitarist Neil Fallon is road ready as the band are scheduled to return to the stage tonight, October 25th. Fallon underwent the knife in mid-September to treat cervical spinal stenosis and two herniated discs.
Clutch will also be performing live on AXS TV Concerts on November 14th live from the Ogden Theater in Denver, CO. A commercial for that can be found after the jump:
