Korn have offered up another brief preview of a new track from their coming album “The Paradigm Shift“. The latest is for their song “Punishment Time” and it can be heard below.

In related news, Korn frontman Jonathan Davis recently took part in a group interview with ARTISTdirect alongside Asking Alexandria‘s Ben Bruce and Hollywood Undead‘s J-Dog. The conversation was held regarding the resurrected ‘Family Values Tour‘ which will return next month as a one-off festival show at the 1st Bank Center in Denver, CO on October 05th.

Joining Korn on the bill at the fest are the aforementioned individuals respective bands along with MGK and more.

Speaking on bringing the ‘Family Values‘ brand back, Davis offered:

“Well, we decided to bring it back. Head came back to the band, and it seemed like the right time. We always wanted to do it as more of a one-day festival than the old school runs we used to do. It would be a lot easier as one day. We got that shit hooked up.

We’ve had a lot of fun touring and playing with Hollywood Undead so we had them come on with us. We’re getting ready to do some dates with Asking Alexandria, so we thought they would be perfect. It’s been a while. The last Family Values was in 2007. It’s going to be fun. We’re really excited about doing it.”

Interestingly the festival may become a yearly event with Davis later stating:

“…That tour [‘Family Values‘] in ’98 was amazing. We wanted to bring it back, start doing it again, and do it every year. It was a fun time. Those shows were so much fun. Everybody had a blast. It was just crazy.”
