Meanwhile, the band have explained the comments they made earlier this week in regards to their former label home, Ferret Music. Speaking through their Facebook earlier today (August 22nd), they posted:
“Since some people want to get butthurt about the comment I made concerning our relationship with Ferret Music, maybe I should clarify.
Carl is our dude, he runs Good Fight Entertainment, with loads of awesome bands. We have nothing but respect and love for him, Portland, Rick, etc. Carl is NO LONGER a part of Ferret and hasn’t been for quite some time.
The current owners (WB/Rhino) of Ferret told me that they owed us upwards of $3k and there is no easy way to get it from them…”
